SSL Data Security
In addition to constantly monitoring the security of our web applications, we use SSL certificates for all web transactions, which means that all data transferred between our clients and our application is encrypted.
Isolation of Data
Customer data is stored in a separate database in NISS multi-tenant environments. Passwords are also encrypted when they are saved. You can choose a physical location to store your users’ personal information. Jama provides hosted services throughout North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Data Availability
Only a small number of Sj Solutionz employees have access to our production environments, and only after extensive background checks. Each is contractually obligated to maintain customer confidentiality and has received training on the complexities of handling sensitive data. Furthermore, we secure these environments by providing individual credentials to each of our administrators and conducting regular audits of our access logs to detect any misconduct.
On request, Sj Solutionz will provide customers with a copy of their data, as well as delete and restore data (including backups). Sj Solutionz keeps track of all updates for audit purposes.
