We have AMC with/without Spares and Consumables. A maintenance contract ensures that, no matter what the time or what the situation, you will have an expert available to resolve the problem. This provides a safeguard that in-house staff may not be able to offer, since it is often not cost-effective to maintain round-the-clock expertise for every issue that arises. We offer flexible yearly maintenance contracts with no hidden costs.
FSMA (FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT)
Get Full service at Fixed price A Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA) ensures quick, on-site response by a Service engineer. Your First print Customer Service Engineer (CSE) not only fixes your equipment, but also performs preventative maintenance to minimize future failures. Charge is based on your copies only.
PRINTER SERVICE
Based on the extent of the emergency, we do offer same day repair for both printer and copiers. If additional parts are required, we can source the same on your behalf and provide it for the lowest prices in the market.
